Brief Introduction on TCC        Established in 1962, The Third Chemical Engineering Construction Company of China (hereafter called “TCC”) is the subsidiary of The China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation (CNCEC) and a leading construction contractor of multi-discipline provider in Chinese chemical & petrochemical industry, TCC is also one of the first group of construction contractors with “Triple A” Accreditation by China Engineering Construction Society Credit Commission. TCC was certified as Grade Prisident:  Mr. Liu Weiyou “A” Prime Construction Contractor of multi-disciplines and licensed to export labors and cargos for overseas project contracting, and develop foreign economic cooperation; Besides, TCC has other business qualifications such as design, construction supervision and technical consultations etc.. TCC has sufficient manpower of various trades for both supervision andcraftsmanship, and various abundant  resource reserves to meet the construction requirements of various projects. TCC has established and implemented a complete and systematic project management mode in compliance with that of the international practices for project execution, and established a reliable quality assurance system. In 1994, TCC was the first construction contractor in Chinese construction industries that was certified with ISO 9002 quality system accreditations and was collected into “TOP in China” records. In 2000, TCC was also upgraded with its quality system in conformity to ISO 9001:2000 edition, and in 2001, accredited with its environmental and safe and occupational health management systems in compliance with ISO14001 and OHSAS18001. In1996, TCC won the authorization certificate with “U” symbol issued by American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). Furthermore, TCC has multi-discipline certificates and licenses for installation, maintenance and rebuilding of boilers, design of pressure vessels (Category I,II&III), shop fabrication and site assembling of various pressure vessels, various piping installation and NDT etc., and TCC credit level was apprised as “Triple A” by China Construction Bank. Since its founding, TCC has built and delivered over 800 projects of various large and medium sizes of plants and facilities across China in the fields of chemical fertilizer, chemical, petrochemical, fine chemical, metallurgical, energy, light industry & textile, foodstuff, pharmaceutical, environment protection, bridges, architectural building construction, urban development and decoration works etc. Opening up in market for the years, TCC has established the corporate core culture of “Let’s Do Better than Others”, and the corporate philosophy of “Customer’s Satisfaction is Our Criteria; Owner’s Requirement is Our Pursuit”. Especially in recent years, TCC adhered to starting from adaptation of market to implement corporate reform, actively transfer business mechanism, endeavor to cultivate teamwork spirit and vigorously advocate corporate culture resulting integral strength of the company was intensified greatly, managerial level was lifted continuously. Hence the obvious leading advantages are available in the four aspects as that of implementation of international practices for project execution, foreign project experiences, employees’ market consciousness and corporate teamwork spirit. TCC adheres the quality policy of “Favoring Customers to Deliver the Satisfied Projects; Services with Obedience to Satisfy the Customers”.  For recent years, TCC has over 90 projects prized to the awards of provincial, ministerial and national excellent projects, in which 450，000 MTA Ammonia Plants of CNOOC Chemical Ltd and the other three projects are awarded  “Luban Prizes of China Construction Projects “. TCC’s high-quality projects and satisfied services have been well rewarded with the recognizing by many Clients and all circles of society. TCC has been conferred with “National Quality Control Prize”, and “National Advanced Chemical Construction Enterprise”, “China Best Construction Enterprise”, “Advanced Enterprise of Safety Construction”, “National Advanced Enterprise for Quality Management on Construction of Projects”, “ National Customer’s Satisfied Enterprise”, and “National Advanced Construction Enterprise” and “Contract Observing and Reputation Holding Company “ etc. have been awarded for times.
